We pride ourselves on making sure you feel confident and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door.
Whether it’s your first class or your fifth class you will be greeted with a warm welcome into our fitness community.
With sessions running 7 days a week and classes from the morning to the evening you will always be able to find a timeslot that fits in with your schedule.
We have members of all ages, shapes and sizes at our classes.
Minimum age is 18.
Free creche at our 9AM sessions (bookings required)
 

Most of our sessions run for 45 minutes. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to each class to stretch (and catch up with gym buddies)

Free gym Crèche

We offer complimentary child minding at our 9:00am sessions and on Saturday mornings.
This service is available for FREE to everyone including two week trial participants and fitness passport members.

Terms for using our free minding service:

1)  Should your child need a nappy change, feed, or can’t be settled one of our minders will get you from the session, You are welcome to bring your pram. 
2) Age group of children: 2 months – 5 years  (If your child presents as unwell you may be asked to leave) 
3) You are responsible for logging in and cancelling your booking a minimum of two hours before, late cancellations are not accepted. If you repeatedly don’t show up for your booking you will not be able to access this service. 
4) Please use our waitlist if a session is booked out, we do get a lot of cancellations so people on our waitlist will most likely get in.
The latest a cancellation can occur is 7am, So you have until this time to be slotted in, you will receive an automated email once you’re in or you can login anytime and check your booking.

5) If you cannot attend your booking you must cancel by 6:55am at the latest.-

High Intensity Interval Training

Our high intensity interval training Workouts include Resistance training, Cardio, endurance and Body weight exercises. we utilise a range of equipment to achieve maximum results in 45 minutes. you can workout at your own pace, take rests where needed and modify any exercises required.

Circuit

Multiple circuit stations

Circuit Training is a popular exercise program suitable for a range of fitness levels. Circuit Training is ideal for weight loss, improved body tone, endurance and general fitness. Classes are made up of 12 stations, is easy to follow and provides a structured approach to a full-body workout. Our Circuit Training consists of intense aerobic and resistance training techniques aimed at burning calories and improving muscle tone in the legs, arms and upper body.

Konga

Dance, Box, Squat, Shake

KONGA is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. Konga® is a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload. Expect to squat, burpee, sprint & sweat like crazy while some big tunes transport you to your happy place. Whether you are super fit or totally uncoordinated, Konga® is for you! The Dumbbell Toning Program

BURN! is a one of a kind Choreographed Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. BURN! Takes 1.5kg – 2.5kg Dumbbells in each hand & fuses this with movements that are dance inspired which will shape, sculpt & improve your muscle tone in your Upper Body & Core. Focusing on functional & high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Rather than doing weights in a boring & tedious environment – BURN! spices up traditional moves with a subtle addition of dance flavour.

Punch, Attack, Jump

VYPA is a, high intensity interval training choreographed workout aimed at lowering your body fat, improving your Cardiovascular health & sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Hip Hop, Plyometrics. Expect to punch, jump, drop, sprint & squat to your favourite Electronic, Dubstep & Hip Hop tracks.

Hybrid

Hybrid hiit class

our hybrid hiit class is the perfect all-rounder and suited to all levels. a Full Body session combining Strength / Resistance / Plyometrics and Cardio Conditioning.

The workout structure is split into two halves, so you can give 100% to both sections of the workout. This explosive strength workout will help improve muscle power and muscle endurance.

Express 

Express hiit circuit

HIIT Circuit is a 30 minute express class combining Weights, Cardio and a Step! This workout is fast paced, challenging and fun. Designed to its own bespoke soundtrack. This high energy class will push you to new limits.
